HONG KONG (Causeway Bay)  - ADULT CLASSES (ages 16-50)

Hong Kong Island in Victoria Park at Causeway Bay:

• every second Sunday morning from 09:00 a.m. through 12:00 midday (Note: during the hot summer months June-August the Sunday morning class will always be held at Shatin Park  where there is more shade. Therefore no Sunday class at Victoria Park on Sunday's during that period).

• every Thursday evening from 07:00 p.m. through 09:30 p.m.

HONG KONG (Shatin)  - ADULT CLASSES (ages 16-50)

New Territories in Shatin Park at Shatin:

• every second Sunday morning from 09:00 a.m. through 12:00 midday (Note: during the hot summer months June-August the Sunday morning class will always be held at Shatin Park  where there is more shade. Therefore no Sunday class at Victoria Park on Sunday's during that period).

HONG KONG ( Kowloon near Prince Edward MTR)  - ADULT CLASSES (ages 16-50)

Tai Kok Tsui at our Mouh Gwoon:

• every Wednesday evening from 7:00p.m. to 9:00p.m.

• every Saturday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. through 6:30 p.m. 

HONG KONG - CHILDREN'S CLASSES (under 16)

We no longer run special children's classes.

We may consider special short summer classes for children if requested by schools.

After many years of running special children's classes at some Hong Kong schools we have  now integrated them together with adult classes.
